gram plastic “cajitas” packed 12 per display box. We sell premium quality spices, herbs &
seeds, but always at competitive prices, giving our customers the best of all
worlds. We primarily sell to gourmet
food shops and independent or small chain stores, all of whom care about
selling quality foods at competitive prices.

business of importing specialty foods and spices, including negotiating
contracts, purchasing at competitive prices and establishing strict quality
control parameters for food importers

We import our own spices from
established overseas packers with very specific quality requirements, thus
controlling the quality at origin, while other brands of spices are often
co-packed locally with the raw material actually coming from the co-packer
rather than from the company marketing its brand

We establish high minimum quality
specifications for all of our spices, never accepting average grade or “FAQ”
spices. We pay particular attention to
the level of essential oil in most spices as this is an important factor in the
strength of the product’s flavor and aroma (lower grades of spices often have
only negligible amounts of the essential oils)

Our 8 fl oz glass jars are both
attractive and practical, with an opening wide enough to accommodate all
measuring spoons up to the size of a standard kitchen teaspoon, and with
removable shaker tops on all ground & crushed spices
